I am prophesied.

My coming has been awaited for hundreds of years.

I am destined to end the tyranny of the Soul Reavers.

To do so I must die.

I have a life most eighteen year olds would kill for... No mom hanging around to embarrass me in front of my friends, telling me who I can and can't date; my own house, with no one to dictate what I should do and when.

Ideal, right?

It would be if my mom had simply jetted off to Cabo for the summer. Instead, she is missing- the disappeared off the face of the planet kind of missing. Plus the only boy showing up at my house isn't trying to date me. He's trying to save my life, and he's none too happy about it.

Immortal Reavers, ancient prophecies and soul toting sidekicks abound, my mission to find my mother descends into chaos, plunging me into an unknown world where even the simplest of goals--stay alive, stay safe-- seem impossible. Daniel and his friends stand between me and certain death, but can I allow him to help me? Can I allow him to risk my life in order to save it, and can I risk my heart to love him?

Don't miss the 2nd book also only $.99 on Kindle!!!

Twenty year old Lane Montgomery never imagined her usually boring summer in the boonies would require her to trade her toe shoes for hunting boots or her monotonous college textbooks for treasure map deciphering. Never would she have imagined after breaking her grandmother’s precious Native American painting, danger, a lost treasure of Cherokee Gold and a hostage situation would arise. Nor could she predict that the one man destined to protect her and her family was her childhood nemesis and former crush, Maddox Diaz.

Returning after three years in the Army, twenty-three year old Maddox Diaz is confronted with more than he bargained for when agreeing to help his childhood buddy and deepest regret, Lane. Suddenly he is thrust into a dangerous game of cat and mouse with armed and ruthless treasure seekers that results in car chases and gun battles all in the presence of the one girl who still manages to haunt his dreams and drive him wild with desire.

Today Joya is sharing her Top Ten Best Things about Autumn!  LOVE Thanks Joya for including me in your tour and sharing with us!

Thanks very much for inviting me here today to share my newest release, REUNITED IN DANGER. Since this book takes place in Baltimore, during autumn, I thought I’d make a top ten list about the best things about autumn. So if you’re fanning yourself in the summer heat right now, maybe thinking about the cool breezes that happen while Keely and Logan fall in love through this book will help you sweat less and cool off a bit. Thanks for stopping by!

1. Fall air: There’s something about a crisp, cool, autumn breeze.

2. Watching squirrels preparing for winter: Wow. They really scramble and work hard, don’t they?

3. Fires: Perfect for snuggling in front of a roaring fireplace or curling up with a book.

4. Harvests: Pumpkins, fall squash, and gourds.

5. Colorful leaves on trees: Mother Nature paints gorgeous shades of red, yellow and orange.

6. Fall festivals: Games, crafts, and good food!

7. Back to School: Whether you’re a kid or a parent, it’s fun to shop for supplies and new beginnings are special, too.

8. Breaking out a soft sweater or sweatshirt for the first time. Ahhh, the feel of soft, long-sleeved shirts to take off that chill.

9. Fall Flowers: Mums, goldenrods, and chrysanthemums.

10. No more cutting the grass! (Okay, raking leaves might nullify this one, because there’s still a lot of outside work to do, but at least I like raking leaves.)

First thoughts after.....
WOW!  Awesome book!

How distracted did I get?

Reunited in Danger is a romantic thrill ride that keeps you on edge til the very end.  Keeley is strong and fights for those who can't fight for themselves including her father.  She's very realistic and likable.  Logan, can we say new book boyfriend?  LOL  He's fighting his past to be a person he believes "Keels" deserves.  I was so drawn into the book the boys got chicken nuggets, veggie straws and pears for dinner.  Yeah, I was a bit distracted.  Reunited in danger is definitely a MUST for Romantic Suspense fans.
